As the owner of a Cadillac vehicle, your satisfaction with our product is very important to General Motors.  The letter that was mailed to you is intended to make you aware that some model year 2013 to 2017 Cadillac ATS, SRX, and XTS, or 2014 to 2017 Cadillac CTS, ELR and Escalade vehicles equipped with a Cadillac User Experience (“CUE”) touchscreen display may exhibit a condition in which the CUE screens may bubble, delaminate, or spider-web.

Prior Repairs: January 25, 2025
Future Repairs: 60 Days from the Date the Repair is Performed

Who Is Included in the Limited Special Reimbursement Program?

Owners and lessees of model year 2013 to 2017 Cadillac ATS, SRX, and XTS, and 2014 to 2017 Cadillac CTS, ELR and Escalade vehicles equipped with a CUE touchscreen display, who had received or may require out-of-warranty repairs or replacements of the CUE screens.

How Do I Get a Reimbursement?

If you receive or received a repair as described in the letter that was mailed to you, please complete the Reimbursement Request Form that was included with your letter, along with all required documents, including proof of payment. Your completed Reimbursement Request Form, all supplemental documentation and the signed General Release may be submitted by mail to the following address:

You may also submit a Reimbursement Request Form, supplemental documentation and signed General Release by email to claims@CUELimitedReimbursementProgram.com or by clicking on the “File Your Claim” button on this page.  Please note, you will be required to upload your supporting documentation with the Claim Submission so please have that information available before starting your online claim.

Additional Terms

The right to participate in the Limited Special Reimbursement Program is provided only to those owners or lessees who complete the Reimbursement Request Form and General Release. Customers may not assign their right to submit reimbursement claims, or to receive reimbursement, or any other rights granted by this Special Coverage to any third party, including but not limited to service contract providers, and this Special Coverage is not intended to and does not confer any third party beneficiary, subrogation or contribution rights, or any other rights to reimbursement, against GM or Analytics Consulting LLC, whether in law, equity or otherwise, on any third parties.
